Anthony is an associate of Briggs Law Corporation. His practice includes cases involving conflicts of interest in government decision-making, open meeting laws, the California Environmental Quality Act, and the Public Records Act, among other general civil matters.

Anthony received his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2011, where he served as Notes Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He was also awarded the 2012 California Bar Scholarship from the Korean-American Bar Association of San Diego. Anthony received his B.A. in History from California State University, Long Beach in December 2008.

As a law student, Anthony served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Timothy B. Taylor in the San Diego County Superior Court. He also interned with the Constitutional Court of Korea, the Employee Rights Center, and the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office.
