National City Mayor Ron Morrison Sued for Silencing and Retaliating Against Constituents

May 25, 2018: On behalf of National City resident Andrew McKercher, Briggs Law Corporation has filed a federal civil-rights lawsuit against National City mayor Ron Morrison.  Morrison is accused of blocking McKercher’s access to Morrison’s Facebook website, which is used by Morrison to conduct the public’s business.  McKercher has criticized Morrison’s performance as mayor.
