Sierra Club v. County of San Diego (2012)

Reason for Suing: The County of San Diego adopted a Climate Action Plan that did not meet all the legal requirements for reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.

Outcome: Sierra Club won.  (The County appealed all the way to the California Supreme Court but lost.  Briggs Law Corporation was not involved after the victory in the trial court.)
