Affordable Housing Coalition of San Diego County (2007)
Reason for Suing: The City of San Diego approved a density-bonus proposal that was touted as a way to increase the number of affordable housing units built in the City, but the final product gave incentives for more-expensive housing and not for affordable housing. Briggs Law Corporation’s clients asked the judge to invalidate the proposal.
Outcome: Briggs Law Corporation’s clients won.
Documents: Superior Court Judgment.
